Once we have completed the installation of your new fence we remove all waste materials and your old fence panels, timber is removed and placed in a skip, waste concrete posts and gravel boards are crushed and recycled.

Concrete Fence Posts

It is important to install fencing correctly in order to ensure its sturdiness and longevity. Proper anchoring of the posts is key, and should be done in a concrete base. With concrete posts, your fence will likely last a lifetime and can be replaced with new panels if needed in the future.

We manufacture our concrete fence posts in a variety of lengths, from 6ft through to 10ft long. We also supply fence posts with the following profiles:

Wooden Fence Panels

When choosing a garden fence, one of the most popular materials to use is wood. We manufacture and supply our own closed board / feathered edged fencing panels, all of our fence panels are made from high-quality timber. Our fence panels are available in a variety of standard industry sizes.

Our closed board fence panels are still the most popular choice for garden fencing. They are square topped and feathered edge, and can be combined with our trellis panels for a more decorative look, either square topped trellis or bow topped trellis panels are available.

Our fence panels are available in the following standard sizes:

6ft X 2ft
6ft X 3ft
6ft X 4ft
6ft X 5ft
6ft X 6ft

However, if the standard sizes aren’t what you are looking for we can also manufacture custom fence panels, contact us to discuss your requirements and we can advise you on the best solution.

Concrete Gravel Boards

If you are installing a wooden fence, it is important to use a concrete gravel board to protect the wood from moisture damage and rotting. It is advised that gravel boards be used to provide improved levels of support against the higher ground, effectively protecting the wooden panels where the ground either side of the fence line is of varying heights.

The gravel boards provide a strong, solid base for the wooden boards, and are designed to carry the weight of the wooden fence panels. If you are looking for a stronger fence, gravel boards can also be arranged on top of one another to effectively form a concrete fence panel rather than wooden.

We manufacture all of our gravel boards using steel rebar and high quality concrete, they are available in smooth or rock face finishes.

Trellis Panels

We can also manufacture trellis panels, either to act as a decorative top to your fence or as full trellis panels. Our Trellis panels are made using tanalised 2″ X 1″ batons.

If you’re looking for a way to have a bit of privacy while still being able to chat with your neighbour, installing a trellis top to your fence is a great option. A trellis along the top of the fence can provide some shade and soften the boundary between your properties.

Please Note: Trellis panels on the top of your fence are still considered part of the overall height of your fence. Please keep this in mind when ordering your panels to ensure you’re fence meets with local regulations.

Replacement Fence Panels

Our wooden panels are often ordered in small quantities to act as replacements to old, rotten and damaged fence panels in your garden. We manufacture them to standard sizes, so it can be as simple as measuring your old panel and choosing one from our range to match. Alternatively if the old panel is of an odd shape or size we can also manufacture custom panels to fit these spaces.

If ordering custom panels please be sure to accurately measure your old panel as we will manufacture your new panel to the dimensions provided.
